Customers can now place orders online with multiple fulfillment options—pick-up in store, curbside service, and delivery through DoorDash. Additionally, the new app supports secure payments through Apple Pay, while allowing users to seamlessly customize tea flavors and coffee beverages, including cups, gallons, and other preferences. With this rollout, loyalty “Drips” are rebranded as “Points,” providing a fresh, modern feel to the program’s rewards system.
